My first five chapters...

I just started reading Twilight last night and I am now on page 85. All I can say is that I love that Edward started out really scary and almost mean and then out of nowhere he was so sweet. It makes him more attractive for some reason…and more interesting. He’s such a mystery! I’m wondering about the color of his eyes suddenly lightening up and the circles under his eyes disappearing. Almost like he just fed off of someone…? I don’t know. I hope that is explained later in the book. Oh and I’m really excited for their trip to Seattle together. That should be very interesting! :)

Aww sweeeet!

I was surprised with flowers today from the guys I work with. I do a lot of random tasks for them and they all just wanted to say thank you for everything I do. My face went all red and I couldn't stop smiling. They are so sweet! It is so nice to work with great people like that. :)

The Twilight Series

I have heard a lot of great things about The Twilight series so I've decided to start reading the first book. On the back of the book it says:
"About three things I was absolutely positive.
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him--and I didn't know how dominant that part might be--that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionaly and irrevocably in love with him."
I'm really excited!!! Let me know if any of you have read this book and what you thought of it. If you haven't read it maybe we should read it at the same time so we can chat about it!? :)

Go NiGhThAwKs!!!

Jake is on a flag football league and last Saturday was the first game of the season. They had a double-header and won both games. All the wives came to cheer their hubbies on. It was a lot of fun despite the terrible wind as you will see in the folling pictures. :)
Camille, Me, Nat, Broox, Shaleen, Daxton and Makynlie!
Me and Nat enduring the wind. The sunglasses helped keep the dirt out of our eyes. :) We went to Sconecutter afterward to eat. I sure love their honey butter scones. Yummy!
